Get your shoes off and take a walk on some of the best sand in BC! Sicamous Beach Park as a popular park along Shuswap Lake has a wonderful beach and tons of amenities that will make sure your beach trip isn’t boring.

Located on a river delta, this park features a beautiful white sand beach with a foot path stretching along the edge of the lake. Along the foot path you will find Picnic tables, Volley Ball nets, a dedicated swim area, and a splash park. If you come at just the right time of year, you might even find wild raspberries growing.

Basically, If you don’t have a lot of time in Sicamous or are just passing by, make sure to make time and stop at this amazing beach.

Find Directions on Google Maps
Going West on the Trans Canada Highway, turn left onto Gill Ave. Continue for 240 meters then turn right on Finlayson St,
Go Straight and follow the road until you find the parking lot on the right. Importantly, if the parking lot is full, there is also overflow parking and trailer / boat parking to the right.

Overview:

Overall, It has a short walking path that leads over to the marina and a great view of the Sicamous Narrows. The park is also a great place to sit down with a playground, benches, picnic tables, and public washrooms. Dogs are allowed but they must be kept on a leash at all times.

In conclusion, Sicamous Beach Park is a great place to eat some ice cream cones, watch some houseboats, and take in the views of the Shuswap!
